20th

Andrew:

“For You, O LORD, have delivered my soul from death, my eyes from tears, my feet from stumbling.” (Psalms 116:8) Throughout chapter 116, I can feel David’s situation is alike as me. For me, my Lord, He saved me from darkness. He never forgot me until He gets me to His way. Praise our Lord, worship our Lord. Not only that, God please lighten my life to be guide in other lost life; just like what you have done on me-never leave me, guide me, protect me. I hope through my life can touch more souls, slowly, and with caring. There is nothing impossible in God. Amen.

Leonard:

If we study the life of Jesus, we’ll notice that He always took time for people. Here is another lovely story. There was young little boy who was extremely poor. One cold fall day, he was stopped at a local store looking in the window admiring a pair of sport shoes. It was a very cold day; he stood there with his dirty and old shoes. A lady came along and said, “young man, what are you staring so intently into the window?” He shyly replied, “well, I was just praying and asking God if He’d give me a new pair of sport shoes.” Without hesitation, the woman took him into the shop and very gently washed his feet and let him choose the admired shoes. He was shocked and said, “nobody has ever taken that kind interest on me.” With tears dropping, he asked, “can I ask you a question? Are you God’s wife?”

Amy:

Hebrews 13:1 “continue to love each other with true Christian love”. Said is always easier than done. We always say this, to love others; but, it is sometimes hard to do so, when especially to love people you dislike of right? But what, God even love His enemies, who actually killed Him, and forgive their bad deeds. How could our cases be even compared with Him? So, think and reflect. It may be hard at times. But, keep praying and seeking for God. Love with Jesus’ sacrificial love. Amen.

Ivy Khor:

Acts 1:7 “…it’s not for you to know the times or dates the Father has set by His own authority”. We don’t know when Jesus comes for second time, but a god preparation is needed, waiting for His arrival like a servant waiting for his master. If we want to share gospel with someone (especially parents), just share it without fear, as God is with us, so we shouldn’t feel fear. Moreover it’s our commitment. Pray for God’s guidance, we can make it as God is with us. Amen.
