Leonard:

Matthew 14:22-32 In this scripture, we can see hoe Peter experience the amazing miracles walking on the water as Jesus do. As we all know, Peter had many rough edges. He was hot tempered, loud, bombastic, and impetuous, but that didn’t deter Jesus. Jesus didn’t say “forget it, Peter. I’m going to find somebody a little more refined than you” Instead Jesus worked with Peter to bring the best out of him. Same to us, you may think you are nothing but in God’s eyes, you are so precious till He is willing to sacrifice Himself on the cross just to give another chance to live a godly life. Do not stop discovering God’s amazing grace in your life, hunger Him more than any other things in your life.

Jennifer:

2 Corinthians 5 “Through Christ our comfort overflows” Our suffering is a link to Jesus Christ. Jesus lived in our world, living within believers; He shares our pain and sorrow. He joins us in our suffering, and also He offers us comfort. Don’t think that you’re suffering alone. You have Jesus by your side every time.

Xin Yi:

True giving happens when you are overflowing from the inside, and cannot help but share. When there is so much love within you that it has to flow to others or you would burst open. There is no thinking involved, no willpower in such sharing. It just flows out. If you have to force yourself to be kind, to love, to feel compassion, you’ve missed the first step of filling in your own self with these emotions. But how? Jesus is the source and the answer. So pal, when your cup is overflowing with blessing, when you receive the ultimate love from God, joyfully share with those in need. You are blessed, so you can be a blessing of the others. Old, but true.

Ivy:

Matthew 18:1-4 Who is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven? Jesus said ‘unless you change and become like little child, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven!’ We must have a child’s faith to God and receive everything from Him just like a plain child. God loves children for being so pure to Him. Don’t be suspicious with what God has done. Trust Him with whole faith.

Ivy Khor:

John 4:22-24 “You Samaritans worship what you do not know; we worship what we do know, for salvation is from the Jews. Yet a time is coming and has now come when the true worshippers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for they are kind of worshippers the Father seeks. God is spirit, and His worshippers must worship in spirit and in truth.” We, as Christians, are not worshipping or believing blindly in our God, we believe because we know God is the truth! He sent His only son Jesus Christ to sacrifice for our sins and bring salvation to us. Let us become a strong warrior, fight for Christ in the spiritual war! Proclaim that we are Son of God, the REAL Christian! May Holy Spirit fill all of us to do what God wants us to do. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.

Amy:

Titus chapter 2, throughout the whole chapter we can see clearly about the teachings for men, women, the elder, the youth… So we can see everyone has actually had our own roles in loving godly life. In Christ, everyone is just the same, no matter of gender or age. God treats us just the same that we are all His children.
