My devotion: In the Old Testament, prophet Joel said: “Wake up the mighty men” We are mighty men or women, don’t settle anything less than God’s BEST. Get rid of that weakness mentality. Start SHIFT IN and TRANSFORM powerful thoughts,” I can do all things through Christ. I am a Victor and not a Victim” Remember, the same power that raised Christ from the death is INSIDE you Now! You proclaim it and make a change today?

Amy:

When reading Ephesians chapter 4, I remembered a sermon which was given by a priest of my previous church. It is about the ways to be a newly born individual spiritually. First, it is the way we talk. The way we talk reflects our attitudes. Ephesians 4:29 “let no corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but such as is good for edifying as the need may be, that is may be, that is may give grace to them that hear.” Second, control our emotions, and not to let our emotions overtaking us. Ephesians 4:26, “be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath” Angry itself is natural, but it can be a sin in some circumstances such as angry for being selfish, jealous, etc… So, let us ponder about it and decide for ourselves.

Psalm 4 When we pray, we wonder if God heard us. When things turn bad, we blame God for not listening, and lose our faith. But the truth is, did we ever listen to God? God is a good listener, He listens. But when He wants to speak, we shut Him out. Open your heart, let Him in. “The LORD will hear when I call him…”

Psalm 34:15-18 "The eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, and..." - if you feel tired of your adventure journey or if you feel wonder of your unsolved worries, I would tell you don't worry as our Lord is right behind you to watch you and His ears are available all the time. "the righteous cry out, and the Lord hears, and..." Next, when we pray, He listens and saves us from troubles. "The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves..." He is a healing God who is able to touch your soul easily. Naturally and unexplained reason, you may cry unconsciously, just like a new born baby. Pray God keep watching your life and healing your soul. Amen!

Luke 7:23 “Blessed is the man who does not fall away on account of me” Don’t simply deceived by Satan! It’s time to grow up in our spirit. There have many people who need the gospel from God. Matthew 28:18-20 don’t forget our great commission. May God guide us, blesses those who needed Him.

My devotion: bible says “Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law” Please imagine that you have a pet, dog… You have kept it tied to a tree… The dog will remain on the leash, he knows was limited to where he can go, chase and play… One day, you untie the dog collar… He still has the same limited mentality… Same to us, Christ had set us free 2000 years ago… We should stop our limited and low self esteem mentality… We all are Christ disciples, we should have abundant life just like Abraham’s seeds, and he was wealthy, prosperous, fear God, productive long life… So you decide what you are today?

My devotion: Leviticus-thanks God for sending us Jesus Christ as our soul savior and cleanse all sins that we’ve done, instead of offerings. From bible I can see many people will bring offerings lined up to give the Priest. As bible said “If a person sins and does what is forbidden in any of the Lord’s commands, even though he does not know it, he is guilty and will be held responsible.” Hope that God will open our eyes, guide us to not to do sins.

Amy:

Ephesians 4:2 “Be humble and gentle. Be patient with each other, making allowance for each other’s faults because of your love.” The phrase “be patient” means a lot to me, I am, these days, feeling some kind of irritation towards certain people and things. I know I should forgive, for God has shed His blood to die for our sins, for His sacrificial love, we really don’t have the reason for not forgiving others. V4 “…and bind yourselves together with peace” once again reminds me of forgiving to have harmony and peace with others. Be patient and endure whatever may happen and wait for His timing!!

Jenifer:

Psalm 3:3,4 we’re easily affected by other people. Small doubts like “why spend so much time/money on God/church” will poison our mind, giving Satan a chance to attack. But God rose and shield us. He sheltered us from harm. I lifted my head up and look at His glorious face. “Don’t cry. For you are worthy.” He said to me.

Ivy:

God is a just God, and He sees not just what we are doing but why we are doing it.. Because of our unselfishness, because you prefer others, one day God will say to you, "as far as you can see, I'm going to give it to you." Go for extra mile, we'll not lose anything.. Amen! So I'm learning to give with whole-heartedly..

Luke 5:12-13 God is merciful, no matter how many times you’d been fell down God will lay His hand to help you, also depends on God’s willingness. V32 reminds me to help those who are struggling in their faith to God. Save more soul for God. Luke 6:22 get ready to sacrifice for God as the end is near. V27-36 loves your enemies as you love others and yourself, be merciful because our God is a merciful God. V37 if you judge others, you will also be judged. Forgive others as God forgave you. V45 what you speak determined who you are. V47 what you do in church do it outside too, as everyone is God’s lovers.

Jenifer:

Psalm 2:7-12 we are the Lord’s children. Anyone who is the Lord’s child is the king and His nation. God will provide us what we ask for, in return, God only ask for our obedience. Serve the Lord with all your heart, your mind and your soul. “Blessed are all those who take refuge in Him…”

Leonard:

Psalm 139:13 David said, “God, you created my inmost being, you knit me together in my mother’s womb.” Notice God saw us before we were born; your parents didn’t simply get together and decide to have a child… God is the great architect of the universe, he planned everything, prearranged for you to be what you are, your value is based solely on the fact that you are a child of the most high God… So I pray for you have a great abundant life because you have a great spiritual bloodline from our Almighty God!

Amy:

Ephesians 3:19 “May you experience the love of Christ, though it is so great you will never fully understand it. Then you will be filled with the fullness of life and power that comes from God.” Yea, the love of God is so great. We don’t really have to understand it but just to obey Him in everything we do. My own testimony, I know that God is with me this night, this hectic night. I passed everything to Him and I declare that He leads me all the way through. And I also know that my presentation after couple of hours later will be good, with the guidance of God!! Sweet dream!!
