Jennifer:

Deuteronomy 32:5 “They have acted corruptly toward him. They’re no longer his children.” The Israelites disobeyed God’s commandments. They chose to no longer be God’s children. But in God’s eyes, even though they’ve cease to be his children for a while, they’re not separated from God, as God sent a saviour to save us.

Karl:

Romans 11 talks about God salvation for Jews and Gentiles. We should thank God for we are saved and made right by faith. Jews are God chosen people because of His promises to Abraham, Isaac and Jacobs. Bro and sis, do you think Jews are saved and why? Please share.

Leonard:

The Old Testament records a time when Nehemiah was rebuilding the walls of Jerusalem. The walls had been torn down years previously, and the enemy was coming against God’s people, against their homes, their wives and children, while the men worked on the construction crews. The situation got so bad that Nehemiah instructed his men to work with a hammer in one hand and a sword in the other. He encouraged them “Men, fight for your sons, fight for your wives, fight for your families”. Nehemiah 4:14. See a lesson here. If you fight, then God will fight with you.

Ivy:

1 Corinthians 15:10 “But by the grace of God I am what I am, and his grace to me was not without effect… yet not I, but the grace of God that was with me” Who am I? I love this song. He told us who we are. He feels our hurt; He experiences everything that we experienced. Thanks God!

Ivy Khor:

John 14:6 Jesus answered. “I’m the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.” You’re the only one that I could live for. Hallelujah! We believe by faith without by sight. Bro and sis, let us stand firm in what we believe in now and keep growing up in our spiritual life as we had already know the way to go back to our Father’s house (heaven). We will get the salvation! Amen!

Amy:

Hebrews 6:11 “loving others as long as life lasts” Love others; it’s a great command from God. Today, a friend of mine faced some problems with friends, and he seemed really depressed. God speaks to me, to pass these words to him, “love and forgiveness are the ways to peace”. Hopefully he may solve the problem with God’s guidance!! God is always great. Seek for Him whenever and wherever. Thing which seems impossible in men is possible in God!!

Andrew:

“Then men will say, ‘surely the righteous still are rewarded; surely there is a God who judges the earth’.” (Psalms 58:11) Be wrong is not okay. This mindset always hunts our mind so that we easily fall into traps. Always be right in everything we do. Choice is always on our hand. Not one can force us to decide, but you yourself are the owner of choice. To be right or to be wrong?

Leonard:

If today you have an argument with someone, let’s read Genesis 13. Abraham dealt the conflict with Lot over the land. That strife would eventually bring turmoil to the whole family. So Abraham was the elder gentlemen and should able to choose the best price of land, but he willingly to let Lot to take advantage on him and choose the best land. Sometimes, no matter how much it hurts, you may have let the other person do it his way just so you can avoid unnecessary conflicts. It may not fair, but that doesn’t matter. Let it go and trust God to make the best for you.

Ivy Khor:

John 13:10 “A person who has had a bath needs only to wash his feet; his whole body is clean.” If your heart, mind, and soul had already being cleansed (transformed), you just need to fill by more and more Holy Spirit to get closer to God. However, if you still haven’t being cleansed, you might need help. Firstly, prayers will do, open the door for God to enter your heart, as He will bring you transformation to be closer to Him. Secondly, ask from leaders. As their spiritual life is grown up more than you, and they will always stand by for you. Thirdly, self control. You should hold responsible for your own spiritual life.

Amy:

Today I came across this verse from a friend’s blog: “only God knows everything, for He is the ruler over all the things”. He is the origins of all the things, so seek for Him in everything, as He knows what we need. Also, need not to worry about anything, as God is in control over the earth, He controls over us as well, what for to worry?

Ivy:

Judges 8:27 Gideon and Israelites relied on God to defeat their enemies but when they were delivered, they worshipped ephod. They forgot how God had helped them throughout all the circumstances. Often, we seek for God when we need Him, but abandon Him when we are not in need. Without Him, we are actually nothing. Don’t take it for granted!

Andrew:

“I cry out to God Most High, to God, who fulfils His purpose for me. He sends from heaven and saves me, rebuking those who hotly pursue me; God sends His love and His faithfulness.” (Psalms 57:2-3) Thanks for giving me a pack yet meaningful day. I went to my school today. Student Christian Fellowship. I saw owl during the worship. The owl is watching over us all the time. His eyes never away from us. He keeps watching us from heaven as he loves us. So do when you are suffering sadness or sticking into troubles, he will know it and try to help you. He never abandons us in anytime. Thank you Lord for keeping your eyes on me all the time, so that I won’t lose in the midst of world. Without God, there is no me today. Amen.

Leonard:

Judges 6:12-16 “the Lord is with you, mighty warrior” God called Gideon as Mighty Warrior even he sees himself as the weakest and least in the family. Today, God sees you and me as Mighty Warrior because our spiritual bloodline is from the King of the King. We have a supernatural power from our Lord. We may be young but we never see ourselves as a weaker. Always stand firm in God, as a mighty warrior and dare to fight over all of our spiritual warfare in this reality world. God’s promise is always relevance to us without timing resistance. Yes, I’m talking to you! My mighty warrior.

Ivy Khor:

John 12:27 “now my heart is troubled, and what shall I say? Father, save me from this hour? No, it was for this very reason I came to this hour. Father, glory is your name!” When you are struggling in problems will you choose to obey God’s will or ignore Him? As a Christian we should have obey God’s word with actions taken. No matter what you are facing, remember that He is always with you. Every God’s planning got its own reasons behind. We can’t see things as a full, but God does. May God help us. Glorify God’s name whenever you do. God is always our priority one in life.

Amy:

Hebrews chapter 5 describes those who are still immature as babies who drink only milk and can’t eat solid food, while solid food is for those who are mature in their spiritual life. Today, which are you? If we are the babies who live on milk, we should reflect ourselves, and take up alternatives to be one who lives on solid food. And, when we are mature enough in our spiritual life, we shall teach others about God’s words; this is a commandment from God!

Jennifer:

Job 1 the Lord said to Satan, ‘everything he has is in your hands, but do not lay a finger on him.’ Job was enjoying life when suddenly everything went wrong. He lost everything but he never blames God. We should follow Job’s faith in God. Though sometimes bad thing happens, do not be separated from God’s love.

Andrew:

“For the director of music. For Jeduthun. A psalm of David. My soul finds rest in God alone; my salvation comes from Him. He alone is my rock and my salvation; he is my fortress, I will never be shaken.” (Psalms 62:1-2) Thanks for leading me till today. Everything should count to blessing. Where our grace comes from? It’s from our mercy God. I believe our beautiful changes of life will touch more souls. We only get salvation from Him, not other way. Spread it through your amazing and blessed life. Assist surrounding lost sheep to get back their original tracks. We declare we can do it. Amen.

Ivy:

Judges 6:37-40 Gideon didn’t have full faith in God. He wanted to see, then only he can believe it, but God wants a Christian living is a walk of faith, not sight. In all circumstances, we still trust our God though it seems to have no way; His presence is always there.

Xin Yi:

CONFIDENCE: One day, all villagers decided to pray for rain. On the day of prayer all the people gathered and only one boy came with umbrella. That’s CONFIDENCE! TRUST: Trust should be like feeling of a one-year-old baby, when you throw him into the air, he laughs, because he knows you will catch him. HOPE: Every night we go to bed, have no assurance to get up alive next morning but still we have many plans for coming days. So, keep CONFIDENCE, TRUST in God.

Ivy Khor:

John 11:6 Yet when he heard that Lazarus was sick, he stayed where he was 2 more days. We can see that even Jesus may struggle from saving His life or His “loves one” for 2 days, but He’d made a good decision is to go back without worry about His safeties to do God’s will. Jesus is a good example for us (love our neighbour as yourself). Don’t worry when you face problems in life, know that He is your God, who loves you, and always be there for you. Pray to Him always so that your relationship will be closer. Let us love more our God, as Jesus sacrifice His Holy blood to cleanse every one of our sins. Practise it out in real life, love even your enemy.

Amy:

Hebrews 4:12 “the word of god is full of living power. It is sharper than the sharpest knife, cutting deep into our innermost thoughts and desires” God’s word is really powerful. It just can touch one deeply and has the mean of healing. It brings hope, encouragement, and joy. So, always hunger for His words!!

Ivy Khor:

John 9:3-4 “Neither this man nor his parents sinned, said Jesus, but this happened so that the work of God might be displayed in his life. As long as it is day, we must do the work of him who sent me…” It reminds me to all abnormal people at birth in this world. We have merciful on them, but is that enough for us to just provide them materiality and financial? Forgot the most important one is to give them Jesus Christ? Don’t think that they won’t accept, but keep try hard to let them know the truth! May gospel reach among them, that moment may God open their eyes, Holy Spirit talk to them. Hallelujah! Amen!

Jemima:

God sent us to the world as an ARMY. So don’t be afraid of the hardness in life as HE allowed it to happen. It happens with heavenly purpose.

Xin Yi:

Numb. 13:25-14:12. Sometime we care too much about how the others look at us, and value opinions other than God’s. But, God is the major audience, authority and judge of our life, our life is all about Him. If our sense of security is based on what people think, then we won’t have any security at all, as people are fickle. Pal, next time when you feel lost in the rackel, stand still, listen to what Jesus says, ask yourself, whose are you? Will you stand firm what you stand for?

Jennifer:

Galatians 6:7 “A man reaps what he sows”. Sow seeds of God-honoring behaviour. Seeds refer to the way we live every day. Good seeds sown will become the fruit of God’s blessings. We’re always sowing seeds in life by everything we do and say. So let’s make sure the fruit we rear comes from the good we do each day.

Ivy:

Deuteronomy 14:1-2 “You’re the children of the Lord your God. Out of all people on the face of the earth, the Lord has chosen you to be His treasured possession”. Whom and what shall we fear? We are the chosen and treasured one. God’s hands are upon us. We can live a better life!

Leonard:

Judges 3:6 “…They took their daughters in marriage and gave their own daughters to their sons and served their gods”. God sees this as evil and the anger of God will against these people. God wants us who believe Him shall not tolerate and serve other gods. When we choose our life partner who is not believer, we are actually tolerated with the sin and open an opportunity to serve and receive the evils. So be still, and wait for God’s timing and His best for us when there seems no way. Same with working adult, choose the work that brings glory to Him rather than just to survive, as our God is the provider.

Amy:

Hebrews 3:12-14 These verses clearly remind us to have faith in God, that we won’t be easily deceived by sin and hardened against God. Behold our hearts from evil and unbelieving which may turn us away from God. We should always remind one another to have faith, and trust God just as we first believed.
